Dr. Jayson Milner
Dr. Milner is the owner of Margate Chiropractic Health Center®. His journey into Chiropractic began as a teenager when he suffered a variety of sports injuries. The physical and emotional pain led him to seeking alternative health care to help him recover and to live a more fulfilled life.
Having the experience of pain and dysfunction, Dr. Milner searched for effective options, treatment, and strategies to be able to live a better, healthier life. He chose to become a chiropractor and has been practicing chiropractic since 2006. Dr. Milner has been able to help more than 5300 new patients in his career so far. He has been interviewed on radio and TV programs.
Dr Milner was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In 1998, Dr. Milner attended the University of Florida(UF) and graduated with honors with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sports Science in 2002. After graduating from UF, he decided to go to National University of Health Sciences (NUHS) in Lombard, Illinois and obtain his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree in 2006.
Dr. Milner worked as a Chiropractic Associate Doctor his first 7 years in practice. He has learned from great chiropractic mentors such as Dr. Gil Weiner, Dr. John Hoehn, Dr. Damian Martinez, Dr. Joe Buckley, Dr. Dennis Cirone and Dr. Alan Rousso.
The goal of opening a new private practice in Margate has been the culmination of his experience, knowledge and expertise.

Alexis Diaz
Office Manager
Mrs. Diaz is the Office Manager at Margate Chiropractic Health Center® and is one of the first faces you will see when entering the office! She joined Dr. Milner at his previous practice in 2017 and reunited with him in 2020 to open in Broward County. Her belief in the benefits of chiropractic care drives our office. She ensures our patients are treated with the highest quality of care. Mrs. Diaz was born and raised in South Florida where she attended Mater Academy Charter High School and was consistently involved in sports and clubs. Alexis had a passion for volleyball and dominated at the Libero position in high school and throughout college. She attended Florida State University where she earned her bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition Science with a minor in Chemistry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and decorating her house. Her hobbies are organizing and playing with her sons, as well as any activity that gets her outside!
Vannessa Villeda
Chiropractic Assistant
Vannessa Villeda is the newest addition to our team at Margate Chiropractic Health Center. A Florida native, she was born and raised in Miami and attending upper school in Boca Raton. Vannessa is finishing school at Broward College and has an interest in pursuing nursing. Vannessa's ultimate goal is to become a Registered Nurse. She is a huge advocate of health and understands that a healthy and active lifestyle will maintain the body's function. When she is not serving our patients, she enjoys activities such as riding her bike, going to the gym, kayaking, theme parks, beaches, etc. Pretty much anything that allows her to be active in nature! She is fascinated by the human body which is why she has grown a passion for the chiropractic profession!
Ashley Delgado, D.C.
Chiropractic Assistant
Ashley Delgado is Margate Chiropractic’s Chiropractic Assistant. She was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico where she completed her degree in Media Communications with an emphasis in Journalism. Ashley worked in the media production industry for almost 3 years before the catastrophic Hurricane Maria hit her home island and changed everything. Her and her family lost power for over a year. During this time, chiropractic was there for her in the most unexpected way. In the midst of the damage caused by the hurricane, Ashley was looking for gas when she ran into a chiropractor who was working outside of his office. She was immediately impressed at the fact that he could work without needing any electricity or commodities. Ultimately his tools were his hands and his knowledge. Ashley was familiar with chiropractic care because she had been seeing a chiropractor since a young age, due to her scoliosis. Her chiropractor helped her tremendously in keeping her spine aligned. When she stumbled across a chiropractor adjusting those in need during Hurricane Maria aftermath, she knew that she wanted to help people too. She didn’t choose Chiropractic Care, it chose her. It gave her hope to help people in ways she never knew possible. After that, Ashley decided to enroll at Life University where she graduated from with a Doctor of Chiropractic. She enjoys helping patients in any way, shape, or form and is honored to help patients while working at Margate Chiropractic Health Center.
